Why would someone buy this item?

A few days ago I sold a broken trumpet. I know, strange, eh? I listed it on kijiji and specifically said it was for decor or for a prop. This was a no name brand trumpet that was good for nothing. But a guy came by who fixes them for an amateur concert band. He plans to fix it for some of his fellow musicians. So another $40 went onto the Capital One balance. Who'da'thunk?

    Obviously, the buyer thought it was worth something! Even you thought it was worth the $40 to list it. Smile
