    I quit about 26 years ago. I would get a pain in my chest everytime I took a puff. It was the best personal decision of my life. For years now I can't be around it, it makes me sick.

    Good for you. Keeping track of the money saved and what you can do with that money is definitely a deterent. Hang in there it gets so much better with time.
