Great idea for generating income

I read a great article on-line about 102 ideas to generate money. I howled at the suggestion of panhandling. My personal fav was to go to drive through restaurants after hours and pick up the dropped change below the service window. If I ever do this you have permission to blast me! That would be a new low. However, I did think of a great idea. I have an abundant garden and this year I split my overgrown perennials and sold $120 worth. Easy, fast, free!

    How much did you charge for each perennial? How big were they? I have a few I could sell, but probably not $120 worth.

    I'm in Canada. I sold the hostas for $10 for 4 plants and I just split them so they range from 8 to 12 inches per plant. I just dug up the plant and used a sharp knife to cut it into 5 inch by 5 inch chunks. The daylilies were split apart and sold in batches of 15 for $20. When they were smaller (about 8 inches tall) I sold them $20 for 20 plants. Hope this helps.

    Nice profit on the perennials! I was eyeing the change on the ground by McD's drive thru one time. They were still open, though, and it was all I could do to not jump out and grab it!
